Job summary

• Strong foundation in Education and Teaching.
• Ability in Lesson Planning and Training to develop structured, progressive keyboard curricula and practice routines.
• Excellent communication for online instruction, feedback, and coordination with students and families.
• Proficiency in keyboard performance, music theory, and reading standard notation; experience with diverse musical styles is an asset.
• Comfort with online teaching platforms and basic digital tools (video conferencing, shared documents, learning management systems).
• Demonstrated patience, empathy, and cultural sensitivity when working with learners of different ages and backgrounds.
• Relevant education in Music, Music Education, or a related field, or equivalent professional teaching and performance experience.
• Ability to work independently, manage a consistent schedule, and maintain organized records of student progress in a remote environment.
