Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and client-focused Key Account Manager (KAM) to drive growth and strengthen our presence in the Mumbai & Pune, and Chandigarh markets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and expanding relationships with architects, contractors, interior designers, and builders. This role emphasizes key account management, repeat business, and long-term client partnerships while actively exploring new business opportunities in the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow relationships with key clients across Mumbai and Pune.
  • Ensure client satisfaction by delivering customized solutions and timely support.
  • Develop account-specific strategies to maximize revenue and strengthen partnerships.
  • Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and on-site demonstrations.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned region.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (design, technical, operations) to deliver on client requirements.
  • The candidate will take complete ownership of the sales cycle from acquiring key accounts to independently driving project closures and ensuring successful sales execution
  • Track competitor activities and market trends to stay ahead in the industry.
  • Consistently achieve sales and growth targets (monthly, quarterly, annual).
Requirements
  • 510 years of experience in Key Account Management / B2B Sales / Business Development.
  • Proven experience in building materials, interiors, or construction products preferred.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Demonstrated success in handling large/strategic accounts.
  • Bachelor’s degree .
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM platforms.
  • Must own a laptop and a two-wheeler for client meetings and site visits.
  • Based in Pune with willingness to travel frequently to Pune.
