We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Account Manager to join our team. As a Junior level Digital Account Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies to achieve their goals and ensure the scope of work is matched. You will work closely with clients and cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results and exceed client expectations.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful execution of client campaigns.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Understand client needs and objectives and translate them into digital marketing strategies.
  • Develop and manage comprehensive digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, and more.
  • Set clear and measurable objectives for campaigns and regularly track and report on their performance.
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
  • Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales goals.
  • Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g., quarterly sales results and annual forecasts).
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to provide clients with cutting-edge strategies.
  • Prepare and present bi-weekly reports and performance analysis to clients.
  • Handle client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in an Account Management role.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Very strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Proactive and a self-starter.
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on experience.
  • 100% work from office role (Location: Gachibowli, Hyderabad).
