Job Summary
The candidate should have knowledge of troubleshooting, networking, LAN, WAN, L2, L3, hardware & networking, assembling, installation, servicing, and configuring desktops, as well as Cyberroam and server thin client management. The role involves maintaining, upgrading, and managing software, hardware, and systems. The candidate should be able to diagnose and resolve problems quickly and communicate effectively with various interdisciplinary teams and users. The goal is to ensure that our technology infrastructure runs smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities and Duties
Responsibilities include:

• Managing the local system environment, particularly on Windows Server.
• Actively participating and contributing to systems engineering activities.
• Providing technical support for both hardware and software issues encountered by users.
• Managing the configuration and operation of the company-based computer operating system.
• Monitoring the system daily and responding immediately to security or usability concerns.
• Creating and verifying backups of data.
• Responding to and resolving all requests, upgrading systems and processes as required for enhanced functionality and security issue resolution.
• Reviewing application logs and installing/testing computer-related equipment.
• Handling and resolving queries from Noida, Delhi & Tirupur branches.

Key Skills
A diploma and degree in the same field are required. Experience: 3 to 7 years.
