Job Title: Senior Business Analyst (IT)

Experience: 6+

We are hiring a Senior Business Analyst to join our project team. You will work alongside other business analysts and report directly to the project manager. Your main tasks will include performing detailed requirements analysis, documenting processes, coordinating with clients, and performing user acceptance testing. To succeed in this role, you should have a natural analytical way of thinking and be able to explain difficult concepts to non-technical users.

Responsibilities

• Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
• Provide project level analysis – producing required project analysis documentation including:
• Business Requirements and Product Requirements
• Functional and Non-functional Requirements
• Future state proposals/presentation decks
• Software Requirements Specifications
• Use Cases, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, Test Cases
• User Guides/Manuals
• APIs Documentations
• Mockups and Wireframes using tools like Figma
• Performing Requirements modeling using tools
• Modeling Entity relationship diagrams (ERD)
• Communicating ideas and viewpoints to senior management.
• Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with developers to implement the requirements and provide necessary guidance to testers during QA process.
• Acting as Project Manager/Scrum Master:
• Manage each project’s scope and timeline.
• Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings, and daily stand-ups.
• Be the point of contact for external communication, e.g., customers and stakeholders.
• Creating epic cards & handling backlogs and new requests.
• Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur.
• Prepare demo deck and user documentation.
• Ensure deliverables are on par with quality standards at the end of each sprint.

Skills And Qualifications

• Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or related technical discipline.
• Proven experience as a business analyst.
• Must have experience working on medium to large-scale projects as well as handling day-to-day operational requests from the business.
• A Project Management/Scrum Master certificate is preferred.
• Outstanding organizational skills and Client Coordination.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with proficiency in speaking, listening, reading, and writing English.

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹800,000.00 per year
