Job summary

Assystem Hyderabad is seeking a Junior Urban Planner/Infrastructure Planner/Architect to support master planning, infrastructure planning, GIS mapping, and project coordination for urban development projects.

You will assist senior planners, conduct demographic studies, prepare reports, and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams. A Bachelor's in Urban Planning and 2–4 years' experience are preferred, with travel willingness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in urban planning or related field.
• 2–4 years experience in urban/infra planning roles.
• Experience with master planning, land-use, and development guidelines is preferred.
• Willingness to travel and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation of Master Plans, Concept Plans, Zonal Plans, and Layout Plans.
• Support land-use planning, density analysis and development control assessments.
• Conduct demographic, socioeconomic, and market studies.
• Assist in preparation of planning standards and development guidelines.
• Coordinate with engineering teams, architects, environmental consultants, and government authorities.
