Job summary

Leader IT Private Limited is seeking a Junior Web Designer with a keen eye for visual design and a strong grasp of UI/UX principles. You will craft responsive websites, dashboards, and admin panels, producing wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma, Photoshop, and XD.

Responsibilities

• Design responsive and visually appealing websites, landing pages, dashboards, admin panels, and digital interfaces.
• Create intuitive and user-friendly UI designs for web applications and dashboard-based products.
• Design website layouts, dashboard screens, UI components, forms, tables, cards, banners, graphics, and other digital assets.
• Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma and other relevant design tools.

• Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and consistently.

Required Skills

• Good understanding of web design and UI/UX fundamentals.
• Experience or strong interest in designing websites, dashboards, admin panels, and web applications.
• Proficiency in Figma.
• Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop and Adobe XD.
• Good understanding of color theory, typography, layouts, spacing, alignment, and visual hierarchy.
• Basic knowledge of responsive web design.
• Understanding of common UI components and design patterns.
