Job summary

Delaplex, Inc. is looking for a skilled software engineer to develop and maintain web applications using modern frontend and backend technologies. You will build responsive UIs with React, implement APIs in Python, and design robust data models.

You will work with product managers and QA engineers in an Agile environment, participate in code reviews, and continuously learn AI frameworks, including Prompt Engineering and RAG, to deliver innovative features.

Qualifications

• Must have strong frontend skills with React.js and experience with HTML5/CSS/JS.
• Solid backend experience in Python with Django or FastAPI.
• Familiarity with MySQL/NoSQL databases and RESTful API design.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web applications using modern frontend and backend technologies.

• Design, develop, and optimize PostgreSQL and MongoDB databases.

• Integrate applications with third-party APIs and enterprise systems.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following engineering best practices.
• Debug software issues and participate in performance optimization activities.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, QA engineers, and senior developers.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, code reviews, and retrospectives.

• Frontend: Good understanding and hands-on programming experience in React.js, with exposure to Angular or Vue.js being an added advantage.

• Database: Familiarity with MySQL or NoSQL databases.
• Good understanding of programming fundamentals, problem-solving, and logical thinking.
