We're looking for a Junior Software Developer to join our fast-growing engineering team at PropBulls. Responsibilities

• Build and maintain features for our web applications using React and Next.js
• Write clean, readable, and testable code following team conventions
• Collaborate with senior developers to implement new functionality
• Debug and fix issues across the stack (frontend and backend)
• Write unit and integration tests for code you ship
• Participate in code reviews—both giving and receiving feedback
• Help maintain documentation for features you work on
• Learn and apply AI-assisted development tools to boost productivity
• Contribute ideas and participate actively in team discussions
• Continuously improve by taking ownership of your growth

Requirements

• 1-2 years of professional software development experience
• Experience with React (or similar frontend frameworks like Vue/Angular)
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive design
• Familiarity with Git and collaborative development workflows
• Experience with REST APIs (consuming or building)
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
• Good communication skills in English
• Ability to work full-time from our Mumbai office (Goregaon East)
• Eagerness to learn and grow as a developer

Nice to Have

• Experience with Next.js or server-side rendering
• Exposure to Node.js backend development
• Familiarity with SQL databases (PostgreSQL preferred)
• Experience writing automated tests
• Usage of AI coding assistants (GitHub Copilot, Claude, Cursor)
• Understanding of TypeScript beyond basic types
• Personal projects or open-source contributions
• Interest in proptech, real estate, or consumer products
• Experience with Tailwind CSS or component libraries
