Decisions in Mumbai is seeking a Junior Software Developer to join our growing engineering team. You will contribute to building and supporting .NET/C# applications, learn modern web tech, and grow in a collaborative, mentoring environment.

You'll work on real-world projects, engage in SDLC practices, and gain hands-on experience with ASP.NET MVC, .NET, Docker, React, and HTML5 while meeting deadlines and delivering quality code.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IS/Engineering/Math.
• Hands-on training in C# or React via bootcamps, online courses, or modules.
• Experience building software projects, even educational or portfolio work.
• Strong OOP fundamentals and programming skills.
• Familiarity with at least two: C#, .NET, ASP.NET MVC, JavaScript, React, HTML5, CSS.
• Analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities.
• Clear communication and collaborative spirit.
• Eagerness to learn new technologies and take initiative.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage priorities.

Junior Software Developer

Location: Sion, Mumbai, IN
Type: Full-time
Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 11:00 AM 8:00 PM
Reports To: Engineering Manager

What You'll Do

• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and senior developers to build and support software applications
• Analyze requirements and design software using OOP principles and modern programming logic
• Develop and maintain our business automation platform
• Participate in performance testing, debugging, and continuous improvement
