Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, test, and maintain application components using C#, .NET/.NET Core, and ASP.NET Core.
• Build and consume REST APIs and work with JSON-based contracts.
• Write readable, modular code following OOP principles and SOLID concepts.
• Work with SQL databases and write queries for data validation and troubleshooting.
• Implement data-access logic using EF Core or Dapper as required.
• Participate in debugging, unit/integration testing, and code reviews.
• Use Git for version control and follow branch/pr-review practices.
• Collaborate with seniors, architects, QA, and product teams to deliver features.
• Create basic technical documentation for features, APIs, and configurations.

2 Key Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, test, and maintain application components using C#, .NET / .NET Core, and ASP.NET Core.
• Build and consume REST APIs and work with JSON-based request andresponse contracts.
• Write readable, modular, and maintainable code by following codingstandards, object-oriented programming principles, and separation of concerns.
• Work with relational databases and write SQL queries for applicationdevelopment, troubleshooting, and data validation.
• Assist in implementing data-access logic using Entity Framework Core,Dapper, or equivalent approaches based on project requirements.
• Participate in debugging, defect fixing, code reviews, unit testing, andintegration testing.
• Use Git for source control and follow the team's branch, pull-request,and review practices.
• Work with senior developers, architects, QA, and product teams tounderstand requirements and implement assigned features.
• Create and maintain basic technical documentation for developedfeatures, APIs, configurations, and troubleshooting steps.

Requirements

3 Mandatory Technical Skills

• Good understanding of C# programming fundamentals, including classes,interfaces, inheritance, encapsulation, polymorphism, collections, exceptions,and generics.
• Basic working knowledge of .NET / .NET Core and ASP.NET Core.
• Understanding of RESTful APIs, HTTP methods, status codes,request/response models, and JSON.
• Working knowledge of SQL and relational database concepts such astables, keys, joins, indexes, constraints, and transactions.
• Understanding of asynchronous programming concepts in C# usingasync/await.
• Ability to debug code, analyze errors, and identify the root cause ofstraightforward application issues.
• Basic knowledge of Git or another distributed version-control system.
• Sound understanding of software-development fundamentals, datastructures, algorithms, and problem-solving.
• B.E. / B.Tech in Computer Engineering or Computer Science &Engineering from a recognized university/institution.
• 0-2 years of relevant software-development experience. Freshers withstrong programming fundamentals and project/internship exposure are eligible.
• Academic, internship, or personal projects using C#, .NET, ASP.NET Core,APIs, or SQL will be considered relevant evidence of hands‑on capability.

5 Good to Have

• Exposure to Entity Framework Core or Dapper.
• Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and/or PostgreSQL.
• Basic understanding of TypeScript, React, or React Native.
• Exposure to gRPC, background services, or message-based integration.
• Basic knowledge of Docker/containerization, CI/CD, or cloud platformssuch as Microsoft Azure.
• Awareness of unit-testing frameworks and automated testing practices.
• Interest in enterprise software, manufacturing systems, MES, industrialapplications, or system integration.
