Job summary

Genotypic Technology Pvt Ltd in Bengaluru is seeking a Bioinformatics MSc holder with 1-2 years of hands-on NGS data analysis experience to join our client-facing team. You will organize workflows, generate QC reports, and articulate results to clients while ensuring timely turnaround.

Strong communication and quality management skills are essential. This role is based at our Bangalore office and involves working on NGS data analysis projects for external clients.

Qualifications

• MSc with Bioinformatics or equivalent in related field.
• 1–2 years hands-on experience in NGS data analysis.
• Good understanding of NGS workflows and QC procedures.
