Job summary

Quarks Technosoft Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Salesforce Developer (Fresher/Junior) to join our development team in Noida/Jaipur.

You will work with senior developers, analysts, and QA to build, customize, test, and support Salesforce applications. The role is suitable for freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of Salesforce experience. You will develop with Apex, SOQL, and LWC, participate in reviews, testing, and deployments, and grow your Salesforce skills through hands-on projects and Trailhead

Qualifications

• 0-1 year Salesforce development experience or related development work.
• Basic knowledge of Apex, SOQL, LWC and Visualforce.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce Admin and configuration concepts.
• Good grasp of OOP concepts.
• Programming knowledge in Java/JavaScript/C#/Python or similar.
• Basic HTML/CSS/JavaScript knowledge.
• Familiarity with APIs/web services is a plus.
• Git/version control knowledge preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to learn Salesforce and enterprise applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and customize Salesforce apps using Apex, SOQL, LWC, Visualforce, and Flows.
• Configure objects, fields, validation rules, layouts, record types, profiles, permission sets, and flows.
• Develop Apex classes, triggers, and test classes.
• Work with SOQL/SOSL to manage Salesforce data.
• Assist with integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Understand and apply Salesforce security concepts (roles, profiles, sharing).
• Perform unit testing, debugging, and defect resolution.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, deployments and releases.
• Support QA and users during testing and UAT.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and document changes.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Salesforce Developer - Fresher/Junior to join our Salesforce development team. The candidate will work with experienced Salesforce developers, architects, business analysts, and QA teams to develop, customize, test, and support Salesforce applications.

This role is suitable for freshers as well as candidates with up to 1 year of Salesforce development experience. Candidates with Salesforce training, internships, projects, Trailhead experience, or certifications will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, SOQL, LWC, Visualforce, and Flows under the guidance of senior developers.
• Configure Salesforce objects, fields, validation rules, page layouts, record types, profiles, permission sets, and flows.
• Develop and maintain Apex classes, triggers, and test classes.
• Work with SOQL/SOSL to retrieve and manage Salesforce data.
• Assist with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and other integration approaches.
• Understand and work with Salesforce security concepts including roles, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, and field-level security.
• Perform unit testing, debugging, troubleshooting, and defect resolution.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and release activities.
• Support QA and business teams during testing and UAT.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and implement Salesforce solutions.
• Maintain technical documentation for development and configuration activities.
• Follow Salesforce coding standards, best practices, and development guidelines.
• Continuously learn and stay updated with Salesforce platform features and releases.

Required Skills

• 0-1 year of experience in Salesforce development or relevant development experience.
• Basic/working knowledge of Apex, SOQL, LWC and/or Visualforce.
• Good understanding of Salesforce Admin and configuration concepts.
• Strong understanding of OOP concepts.
• Good programming knowledge in Java, JavaScript, C#, Python, or any object-oriented programming language.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Basic understanding of SQL/database concepts.
• Good logical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Basic understanding of APIs/web services is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of Git/version control is preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn Salesforce and work on enterprise applications.
