Job summary

dotSolved is seeking a Junior Salesforce Developer with 1–2 years of hands-on experience to join our Salesforce development team. You will work closely with senior developers, admins, consultants, and stakeholders to develop, customize, test, and support Salesforce applications.

You will focus on Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, Visualforce, and configuration, while ensuring quality, performance, and security. Onsite work in Chennai/Bangalore with US Pacific time shift may be required.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Proficient in Apex programming and Lightning Web Components.
• Strong SOQL/SOSL knowledge and Salesforce data model understanding.
• Experience with Visualforce and Salesforce configuration.
• Familiar with REST/SOAP API integrations and deployment processes.
• Knowledge of governor limits, bulkification, testing, and debugging.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and SOQL/SOSL.
• Create and enhance Salesforce functionality based on business requirements.
• Develop Apex Classes, Triggers, Batch Apex, and asynchronous processes.
• Build Lightning Web Components and pages for users.
• Work with Salesforce objects, relationships, validation rules, flows, and security model.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs.
• Write efficient SOQL and Apex, respecting governor limits and best practices.
• Participate in testing, deployment, and production support.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide technical solutions.
• Collaborate with admins and stakeholders to translate requirements into solutions.
• Follow Salesforce best practices and maintain technical docs.
• Participate in code reviews and continuous improvement.

About the role: We are looking for a Junior Salesforce Developer with 1–2 years of experience to join our Salesforce development team. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience with Salesforce development, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce configuration.

You will work closely with senior developers, Salesforce administrators, functional consultants, and business stakeholders to develop, customize, test, and support Salesforce applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and SOQL/SOSL.
• Build custom Salesforce functionality based on business and technical requirements.
• Develop Apex Classes, Triggers, Batch Apex, Scheduled Apex, and asynchronous processes as required.
• Create and enhance Lightning Web Components and Lightning pages.
• Work with Salesforce objects, fields, relationships, validation rules, flows, and other platform features.
• Integrate Salesforce with external applications using REST/SOAP APIs and other integration mechanisms.
• Write efficient and optimized SOQL queries and Apex code while following Salesforce governor limits.
• Participate in unit testing, debugging, deployment, and production support.
• Troubleshoot application issues and provide timely technical solutions.
• Work with Salesforce Administrators and functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Follow Salesforce development best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines.
• Participate in code reviews and maintain appropriate technical documentation.
