Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Sales Executive to join our Sales team. This role is focused on outbound calling potential clients in the US market , introducing our solutions, and qualifying leads for the sales pipeline. You will play a key role in building our outbound sales engine and supporting overall growth targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume outbound calls to potentialidentified clients in the IT space.
• Clearly communicate the value proposition of our products/services.
• Identify decision-makers and set appointments for senior sales representatives.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and leads in CRM tools.
• Collaborate with the sales/marketing and technical teams for campaign alignment and feedback.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
• Willingness to work during US business hours.
• Basic understanding of sales processes and CRM usage is a plus.
• Energetic, persuasive, and self-driven attitude.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
