About the job JUNIOR RPA DEVELOPER (UIpath)
- Design & develop RPA solutions for identified processes with zero defects.
- Develop and consume APIs.
- Participate in process walkthroughs with clients to understand detailed requirements.
- Work closely with Subject Matter Experts to understand the domain and process.
- Support Business Analysts with Process Design Documentation when required.
- Support Solution Architects with Solution Design Documentation when required.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts and Solution Architects on automation feasibility.
- Deliver POCs using best automation and design practices.
- Understand Agile / Scrum project delivery methodologies.
- Test automation workflows prior to deployment.
- Build custom components if necessary.
- Provide effective solutions to clients by understanding project lead and internal client team requirements.
Client Interaction & Team Collaboration
Be actively involved in client discussions and meetings to identify pain points and design solutions.
Assist in analyzing effort estimates and use an analytical approach.
Adopt a technology‑first approach and attend daily team meetings to provide feedback.
Work independently, support colleagues, track progress, and drive improvements.
Be a solid, global team player and maintain a never‑say‑never attitude.
Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate in Computer Science / IT or equivalent degree.
- 6 months to 2 years of IT industry experience with code development.
- Understanding of workflow‑based logic and hands‑on experience with RE Framework.
- Basic programming / scripting knowledge in VBA / VB / Java / C#; Python is an advantage.
- Knowledge of cognitive automation with OCR tools and AI/ML skills is a plus.
- Excellent software development background in C#, C++, Java, .NET is an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of databases and various application architectures.
- Excellent MS Office skills, mainly Excel.
- Experience with UiPath, Automation Anywhere, BluePrism, and Power Automate.
- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal).
- Adapt to change with ease and treat colleagues and clients with respect.
- Provide value add by going the extra mile and keep up to date with latest trends in automation.
