Job summary

HR Innovation Group is seeking a Jr. Engineer in Quality for Pune locations at Bhosari MIDC, Talwade and Sadumbre Chakan. 2–3 years of experience in sheet metal fabrication and knowledge of GD&T and inspection methods are required.

Proficiency with Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge and basic quality tools will help you excel in this role. You will collaborate with Production and Engineering teams to ensure quality standards are met.

Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech in Mechanical or Production required.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in sheet metal fabrication.
• Familiarity with GD&T and inspection methods.
• Knowledge of Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge.
• Understanding of 7 QC Tools, CAPA, NCR, 5 Why.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with Production and Engineering teams.
