Job summary

Sarthee Consultancy is seeking a Jr QA Officer in Dahej. The role requires MSC Chemistry and 1+ years of QA experience. You will implement testing methods, record data, and ensure timely feedback to production teams. IMS knowledge and QA software familiarity are advantageous.

Qualifications

• MSC Chemistry degree required or equivalent.
• 1+ years of QA experience preferred.
• Experience with QA instruments and software.
• Knowledge of IMS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure correct testing methods and procedures are followed.
• Record and analyze data accurately.
• Provide timely analytical feedback to plant personnel.
• Check deviations in products and report findings.
• Maintain IMS systems during shifts.
• Train subordinate staff on QA procedures.

• To ensure the implementation of correct methods and procedure of testing.
• Recording and analysis of the data.
• Accuracy and timeliness of analytical feedback to plant.
• Checking deviation in products.
• Implementation Maintain IMS Systems in the shift.
• Training of subordinate.
• Ensure inventory of chemicals and consumables.
• Knowledge of QA instruments & software.
• To interact effectively with people at all levels.
• Ability to utilize facilities and resources in a most economical & effective manner and avoid wastage.

• Operating knowledge / trouble shooting of QA instruments.
