Job summary

Sarthee Consultancy is seeking a Jr QA Officer for our Dahej location. The role focuses on implementing proper testing methods, data recording and timely feedback to support production quality.

Ideal candidates hold MSC Chemistry with 1+ years of QA experience and knowledge of IMS and QA instruments. The position offers on-site work with benefits including canteen, medical insurance, PF and gratuity.

Qualifications

• MSC Chemistry degree required.
• 1+ years of QA experience or related field.
• Knowledge of IMS and QA instruments.

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper testing methods and procedures are followed.
• Record and analyze data to support quality decisions.
• Provide accurate and timely analytical feedback to the production plant.
• Check deviations in products and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain IMS systems during the shift and assist in training subordinates.

Responsibilities

• To ensure the implementation of correct methods and procedure of testing.
• Recording and analysis of the data.
• Accuracy and timeliness of analytical feedback to plant.
• Checking deviation in products.
• Implementation Maintain IMS Systems in the shift.
• Training of subordinate.
• Ensure inventory of chemicals and consumables.
• Knowledge of QA instruments & software.
• To interact effectively with people at all levels.
• Ability to utilize facilities and resources in a most economical & effective manner and avoid wastage.
• Knowledge of IMS
• Operating knowledge / trouble shooting of QA instruments.
• Knowledge of environment rule and regulation.
