Job summary

Sarthee Consultancy is seeking a Jr QA Officer in Dahej with an MSC Chemistry background and 1+ year QA experience. The role focuses on applying correct testing methods, recording data, and ensuring timely feedback to the production plant.

The ideal candidate will have knowledge of QA instruments and software, IMS systems, and the ability to work across shifts while maintaining inventory control of chemicals and consumables.

Qualifications

• MSC Chemistry degree required with 1+ year QA experience.
• Knowledge of QA instruments and QA software.
• Familiarity with IMS systems and environment regulations.

Responsibilities

• To ensure the implementation of correct methods and procedure of testing.
• Recording and analysis of the data.
• Accuracy and timeliness of analytical feedback to plant.
• Checking deviation in products.
• Implementation Maintain IMS Systems in the shift.
• Training of subordinate.
• Ensure inventory of chemicals and consumables.
• Knowledge of QA instruments & software.
• To interact effectively with people at all levels.
• Ability to utilize facilities and resources in a most economical & effective manner and avoid wastage.
• Knowledge of IMS
• Operating knowledge / trouble shooting of QA instruments.
• Knowledge of environment rule and regulation.
