Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield in Gujarat invites applications for its EIC Apprentice program within the Project Development Services team. This apprenticeship offers fresh graduates hands-on exposure to project development and execution in commercial real estate.

You will assist project managers and mechanical leads at sites, review drawings, coordinate with contractors, and support DPRs and QA/QC activities, while developing discipline interfaces and complying with HSE.

Qualifications

• Fresh B.E./B.Tech./Diploma graduates in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office, Excel and AutoCAD preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work at project sites across Gujarat.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager/Mechanical Lead in execution and coordination of mechanical works at project sites.
• Support supervision of equipment installation, piping, HVAC, utility systems, firefighting and other mechanical services, as applicable.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors for site activities, inspections, material deliveries and work-front availability.
• Assist in reviewing mechanical drawings, layouts, specifications and shop drawings.
• Monitor daily progress and support preparation of DPRs, progress reports and project documentation.
• Assist in quality inspections, testing & commissioning activities and closure of punch points.
• Coordinate with civil, electrical, architectural and other disciplines to resolve interface issues.
• Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, quality requirements and HSE procedures.
