Job summary

The Works in Mumbai is seeking a proactive Junior PR Executive to support media relations, influencer outreach, content development, campaign execution and reporting. The role requires strong communication, research skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate with journalists, influencers, clients, and internal teams.

You will craft pitches, press releases, media kits and presentations; assist with campaigns and events; monitor coverage and prepare regular outreach reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Mass Communication, Journalism, Marketing, English, or a related field.
• 0–1 year of relevant experience; fresh graduates with PR or communications internships may apply
• Strong written and verbal communication skills. Good command of English; knowledge of Hindi or regional languages is an advantage
• Basic understanding of PR, media relations, influencer marketing, and digital communication
• Strong research, documentation, coordination, and follow-up skills. Ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace. Awareness of current news, media trends, social platforms, and influencer culture
• A proactive attitude, attention to detail, and willingness to learn

Responsibilities
