Job summary

EXCEL TEK INC. is seeking a Junior Oracle Applications Developer to support the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of Oracle E-Business Suite applications.

You will participate in the full development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to production support, delivering RICE components and custom solutions. Required 4+ years of Oracle EBS experience, strong SQL/PL/SQL, and familiarity with Oracle Forms, Reports, BI/XML Publisher, and Workflow Builder.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience with Oracle EBS (11i/R12) as a Technical Consultant.
• Strong expertise in SQL, PL/SQL, and performance tuning.
• Experience with Oracle Forms & Reports, BI/XML Publisher, and Workflow Builder.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance reports, interfaces, customizations, extensions, and workflows (RICE components) based on business requirements.
• Design and build custom solutions to address functional gaps.
• Provide Level 2 production support by troubleshooting and resolving application issues.
• Collaborate with business users, functional teams, and Oracle support to resolve system problems.
• Assist in implementing new modules and supporting existing Oracle EBS applications.
• Perform system maintenance and follow IT compliance and control standards.
• Stay updated with Oracle technologies and best practices.
