Job summary

Lupin is seeking a maintenance engineer for its mammalian new facility to manage day-to-day process equipment maintenance, facility upkeep, and spare parts control.

The role covers PM/AMC activities, breakdown response in SAP, qualification document preparation (URS/DQ/IQ/OQ/PQ), and coordination with vendors to ensure smooth commissioning and FAT/SAT for process equipment, all while maintaining EHS and GMP compliance.

Qualifications

Diploma in engineering with hands-on maintenance experience.
Experience in maintaining process and utility equipment in a GMP environment is preferred.
Familiarity with SAP work orders, PM/AMC processes, and document control is desirable.
Knowledge of regulatory standards and safety practices is essential.

Responsibilities

Shall take care of day-to-day process equipment maintenance and facility maintenance activities.
Shall perform PM and AMC activities and log updates in SAP.
Handle breakdown maintenance of utility and manufacturing equipment using SAP.
Prepare and follow operation and preventive maintenance SOPs for utilities and process equipment.

Job description

Shall take care of Day to Day Process equipment maintenance and Facility maintenance related activities.
Shall be responsible to perform the PM and AMC activity of Process equipment and same shall be updated in SAP.
Shall be responsible for breakdown maintenance of Utility equipment’s and Manufacturing Equipment’s and same shall be execute through SAP.
To prepare and follow operation and Preventive Maintenance EOP/SOP for utility equipment and Preventive Maintenance EOP /SOP for process equipment.
Monitor and maintenance of Black utility area, service floor and utility equipment’s as per cGMP (air compressor, chiller, Boiler, Cooling tower etc.)
Spares inventory and spares management to ensure minimum inventory for process Equipment’s in Mammalian new Facility.
Shall be responsible for installation & commissioning activity of the Process equipment for mammalian new Facility.
Shall be responsible for FAT and SAT activity of the Process equipment for Mammalian new Facility.
Shall provide Engineering support for Equipment maintenance in manufacturing area as an when required.
Analysis of Breakdown maintenance notifications to be done and corrective measures to be taken so that breakdown time can be reduced.
Shall be responsible for preparation the various qualification/ validation documents Ex. URS, DQ, IQ, OQ, PQ, RQ, PV, Interim Reports etc. of Engineering or other departments.
To co-ordinate with AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) vendor for execution of AMC activity for process equipment’s.
Shall be responsible to prepare and review the engineering SOPs /EOPs pertaining to Process equipment.
Shall be responsible to raise or authorize work permits for intended work at site.
Shall be responsible for preparation of Equipment qualification documents and to execute or to review equipment qualification activity of Engineering or process equipment’s.
Shall be responsible for raising the PR in Ariba system and SAP System.
Shall follow safety rules during his duties.
Shall be responsible to give support for preparation of Equipment qualification documents and to execute equipment qualification activity of Engineering or process equipment’s.
Shall be responsible to take print out of maintenance order & notification from SAP. Accordingly, execution will be carried out followed by order confirmation in SAP.
Shall be responsible for supporting in preparation of investigation & QRM report and support to User department to do the investigation for Root cause analysis.
Shall be responsible to provide support to perform / execute the action points related to the Change Control, Deviation, CAPA in QAMS.
To comply with the current & subsequent EHS management system, procedures, guidelines, policy, practices, requirements, and applicable legal compliances on site.
