Job summary

Naukripay is seeking a Merchandiser to drive sales by delivering effective point-of-purchase and shelf management services. You will ensure the right product is in the right place, at the right time, in the right quantity and at the right price.

You will plan and implement merchandising strategies, analyse sales data and market trends, collaborate with buyers and suppliers, optimise store layouts and stock, and forecast profits.

Qualifications

• Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
• Up-to-date with the latest merchandising trends and best practices
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Strong listening, presentation and decision making skills
• Commercial acumen and the ability to “decode” customers

Responsibilities

• Build constructive customer relationships and team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals
• Remain up to date with industry’s best practices
