GMR Group is seeking an experienced UI/UX Designer to develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs across platforms. You will convert design concepts into modular UI components using React.js and collaborate with backend teams to integrate APIs.

The role emphasizes creating user-centered designs, maintaining design standards, and delivering responsive layouts for mobile and desktop. A strong portfolio and knowledge of UX methodologies are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-7 years of UX/UI design experience.
• Hands-on experience with React/Native JS is an advantage.
• Portfolio demonstrating strong design skills and UX methods.

Responsibilities

• Responsible to develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs across multiple platforms.
• Create user-centered designs by understanding business requirements, user journeys, and usability findings.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Build and implement highly responsive UI components using React.js concepts and workflows like Redux, Flux, or Context API.
• Convert UI/UX design mockups, wireframes, and prototypes (from tools like Figma or Adobe XD) into clean, modular, and reusable code.
• Knowledge and hands on React/Native js will be advantage
• A portfolio that demonstrates strong design skills, creativity, and a deep understanding of UX methodologies
• Work with backend developers to integrate RESTful APIs and handle asynchronous data fetching.
• Proficiency in Git (GitHub) for collaborative development.
• Expertise in building mobile-first, responsive layouts that work across various screen sizes.

• Exceptional problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to think creatively and holistically.
• Excellent communication skills for team collaboration.

Ensuring Quality, Maintaining Technical Standards

• Contribute to the development and continual enhancement of our product design process.

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS

• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to conceptualize and design innovative solutions for our products
• Demonstrated knowledge of Application designing and open-source technologies
• Experience overseeing customized development of processes for multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience to design secure software systems based upon industry-specific specifications.

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

A minimum of 5-7 years of experience as a UX Designer, UI Designer, Having hands on React/Native Js will be advantage.
