Job Title: Junior IT Recruiter


Experience: 6 months - 3 years


Location: Manyata Tech Park, Bangalore


Work Type: Onsite


Shift Time: 6 pm to 3 am (Night Shift)


Roles and Responsibilities:

The Recruiter will act as a strategic hiring partner to our clients in the US. Achieve staffing objectives by conducting full cycle recruiting functions including posting, sourcing, calling, screening, interviewing, evaluating, and recommending candidates.


Responsibilities:
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle.
  • Understand client requirements and shortlist suitable candidates based on technical skills, rates, and location preferences from the available pool of resources.
  • Utilize various job portals for sourcing candidates.
  • Negotiate rates and salaries with candidates.
  • Maintain regular reports on recruitment activities.
  • Coordinate interview schedules and onboarding formalities with candidates.
