Job summary

Genzeon Global is seeking a diligent Compliance Analyst to review IT systems, data, and processes for regulatory risks. You will develop policies, monitor HIPAA, SOC2, ISO 27001 and HITRUST compliance, and collaborate across departments to ensure policy adherence.

The role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and robust documentation practices. You will conduct audits, maintain records, and adapt policies as regulations evolve.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of cloud resources, data flow, and governance.
• Familiarity with HIPAA, SOC2, ISO 27001, HITRUST and related requirements.
• Analytical capability to identify compliance risks in IT systems, processes, and data.
• Excellent written and oral communication for updates to management and stakeholders.
• Ability to maintain organized compliance documentation and records.
• Experience managing multiple projects and adapting to evolving regulations.

Reviewing and analyzing IT systems,processes, and data to identify compliance risks

Developing and implementing policies and procedures to mitigate compliance risks

Monitoring and reporting on compliance with regulations and standards such as HIPAA, SOC2, ISO: 27001 and HITRUST

Collaborating with various departments to ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures

Keeping up to date with changes in regulations and standards and updating policies and procedures as needed

Conducting regular compliance audits and investigations

Maintaining compliance documentation and records

Communicating with management and other stakeholders to provide updates on compliance efforts and to obtain feedback on compliance policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Strongunderstanding of Cloud resources, processes, and data. Should have a goodunderstanding of how Cloud resources and processes work and how data flowsthrough them.
• Goodunderstanding of Cloud governance principles and tools used to manage thegovernance. (Azure/AWS)
• Knowledgeof industry regulations and standards. Should be familiar with industryregulations and standards such as HIPAA, SOC2, ISO: 27001, and HITRUST andunderstand the requirements of these regulations and standards.
• Stronganalytical skills. Should be able to analyze and evaluate IT systems,processes, and data to identify compliance risks.
• Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills. Communicate effectively with managementand other stakeholders to provide updates on compliance efforts and to obtainfeedback on compliance policies and procedures.
• Strongdocumentation skills. Should be able to maintain compliance documentation andrecords in an organized and accurate manner.
• Projectmanagement skills. Should be able to manage multiple projects
