Senior Recruitment Specialist at Livspace

As a Junior ID, you will prepare proposal presentations (including Canvas 3D and BOQ) for the booking stage and participate in Welcome calls between Customer and Principal Designer, capturing discussions and customer requirements. You will coordinate with the team to determine service offerings to clients, including modular and non-modular services.

Responsibilities:

1. Visit sites for design initiation with relevant documentation.
2. During Design Kick-off:

• Note changes discussed during DKO presentation.
• Coordinate with QS personnel to define non-modular service scope.
• Gather design inputs from customers.
• Prepare MoMs and share with PD and clients.
• Create Canvas 3D models and BOQ based on discussions and inputs.

During Design Meeting at EC:

• Incorporate design inputs into Canvas and finalize 3D.
• Prepare MoMs, BOQ, 3D screenshots, and sign-off documents.
• Prepare KWS production drawings for validation and PO.
• Create 3D renders as per client requirements.
• Finalize sign-off documents for review.
• Visit sites as needed for designer intervention.
