Job summary

Volvo Group in Bengaluru, India is seeking a Junior Process & Solution Key User (Accounts Payable) to support process development, standardization and implementation of AP solutions across local sites. You will assist end users, analyze requests, and help prioritize changes with the BPD and Solution Leader.

The role requires 4–7 years in AP, strong communication, and the ability to work in shifts. Proficiency in SAP ECC/SAP S/4HANA and related GPS/Ariba/JDE tools is expected.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years of experience in Accounts Payable.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to work in any shift.
• Ability to contribute lean ideas and support process improvement initiatives that enhance process efficiency.
• Detail-oriented, professional, and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Bring business knowledge and requirements from all users to the BPD or Solution Leader.
• Analyse business issues from process and solution perspective before formal change requests.
• Collect, analyse, propose and help prioritize change requests from users.
• Support implementation of standard process and solution.
• Register Change Requests (CR) and perform User Acceptance Test (UAT).
• Handle various exceptions or interface errors in ERP applications.
• Identify training needs and secure training with BPD or Solution Leader.
• Register SNOW tickets for technical issues and coordinate with IT for resolution.
• Handle Month end/Year end activities.
• Handle Fieldglass activities, job monitoring and email handling.

Job Description

The Junior Process & Solution Key User (Accounts Payable) supports process/solution development, improvements and implementation of standard processes/solution on a local site and organizational unit including any adaptations or variants.
The Process & Solution Key User will support the end users and support the full utilization of process and solutions.

Key responsibilities includes:-

1. Bring business knowledge and requirements from all users to the Business Process Developer (BPD) or Solution Leader.
2. Analyse business issues or requests from process and solution perspective before initiating a formal change request.
3. Collect, analyse, propose and help to prioritize change requests from the users represented towards the BPD or the Solution Leader.
4. Support implementation of standard process and solution.
5. Register Change Request (CR) and perform User Acceptance Test (UAT).
6. Handling various exceptions or interface errors in different ERP applications.
7. Identify training needs, plan and secure training in cooperation with Business Process Developer and / or Solution Leader.
8. Register SNOW tickets in case of technical issues, and work with IT for the end to end resolution.
9. Handling of Month end/Year end activities.
10. Handling of Fieldglass activities, job monitoring and email handling.

Prerequisites

• 4-7 years of experience in Accounts Payable.

System Knowledge

• Working knowledge of SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA.
• Working knowledge of purchasing systems such as GPS, SAP Ariba, JD Edwards (JDE).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
