Job summary

Innovationm in Bengaluru is seeking a Flutter Developer with 4-6 years of mobile experience to build and maintain cross‑platform apps. You will take ownership of features and drive them from design through testing, deployment, and post‑release support.

You will implement responsive UIs, apply clean architecture, and integrate REST/GraphQL APIs while optimizing performance and reliability across Android and iOS platforms.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of mobile development using Flutter and Dart.
• Production-grade Flutter apps for Android and iOS.
• Solid understanding of Flutter architecture and widget lifecycle.
• Experience with state management (Provider, Bloc, Riverpod).
• Experience consuming RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
• Familiarity with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong OOP, SOLID, and clean architecture knowledge.

Role and Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high-performance cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart for Android and iOS.
• Take ownership of features from technical design through development, testing, deployment, and post-release support.
• Build responsive, scalable, and reusable UI components while adhering to clean architecture and SOLID principles.
• Integrate and consume RESTful and GraphQL APIs to deliver seamless application functionality.
• Optimize application performance by identifying and resolving issues related to memory usage, rendering, startup time, and responsiveness.
• Debug and troubleshoot complex issues across Flutter, Android, and iOS platforms using logs and crash reporting tools.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Design, QA, and Backend teams to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions within timelines.
• Follow best coding practices, participate in code reviews, maintain version control using Git, and contribute to CI/CD pipelines.
• Ensure application quality through unit, widget, and integration testing while maintaining production-grade code standards.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of overall mobile application development experience with strong hands‑on expertise in Flutter and Dart.
• Proven experience in building and deploying production‑grade Flutter applications for Android and iOS.
• Strong understanding of Flutter architecture, widget lifecycle, state management (Provider, Bloc, Riverpod, etc.), and asynchronous programming.
• Experience integrating RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs.
• Good knowledge of mobile application fundamentals, including navigation, local storage (SQLite/Hive), networking, and platform‑specific features.
• Strong understanding of Object‑Oriented Programming (OOP), SOLID principles, and Clean Architecture.
• Experience with Git, code reviews, and CI/CD pipelines.
  Hands‑on experience in performance optimization, debugging, and troubleshooting mobile applications.
• Excellent problem‑solving, analytical, and communication skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Preferred: Experience with Kotlin/Java or Swift, unit/widget/integration testing, modular Flutter architecture, and large‑scale consumer‑facing applications.
