Responsibilities

We're Hiring: Junior Finance Executive

Location: Hyderabad (Work from Office)- Near Madhapur Metro station

Monday to Saturday

Dreamtime Learning is looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Junior Finance Executive to join our growing Finance team. If you have a strong foundation in accounting, are proficient in Tally and MS Excel, and are eager to build your career in finance, we'd love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

• Record and maintain day-to-day financial transactions in Tally.
• Prepare and maintain accounting records, ledgers, and vouchers.
• Process invoices, payments, and bank reconciliations.
• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
• Generate MIS reports and support financial data analysis using Excel.
• Maintain accurate financial documentation and records.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams for finance-related requirements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of Tally ERP.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP is an advantage).
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
• Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a related field.
• 0–2 years of relevant finance/accounting experience.
• Laptop is mandatory.
