Key Responsibilities

• Develop and customize ERP modules based on business requirements.
• Build and maintain features for Production, Inventory, Procurement.
• Write clean, scalable, and efficient code for ERP applications.
• Design and manage databases and data structures.
• Integrate ERP with third-party applications and APIs.
• Debug, test, and optimize ERP performance.
• Work closely with business and factory teams to understand workflows and automate processes.
• Create reports, dashboards, and MIS as per management requirements.
• Handle ERP deployment, upgrades, and maintenance.
• Document system architecture, features, and technical specifications.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in ERP development or software application development.
• Strong programming skills in Python, Java, PHP, C#, JavaScript, or similar technologies.
• Experience with frameworks such as Odoo, ERPNext, Django, Laravel, or equivalent ERP platforms is preferred.
• Good knowledge of SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or other relational databases.
• Understanding of REST APIs and third-party integrations.
• Familiarity with Git and software development best practices.
