Job summary

UNA Homes Llp in Goa seeks a Civil Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day construction work at World Trade Centre site, ensuring drawings and specifications are followed. You will read structural, architectural, and working drawings, verify IS code compliance, monitor concreting, reinforcement, shuttering, masonry, plastering and finishing, and coordinate with contractors and project managers.

Candidates should have knowledge of IS codes and AutoCAD, and be based in Goa to support on-site

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Indian Standard IS Codes and reading of AutoCAD drawings.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day civil construction activities as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Read and interpret structural, architectural, and working drawings.
• Ensure construction work complies with IS Codes and project specifications.
• Monitor concreting, reinforcement, shuttering, masonry, plastering, and finishing work.
• Check reinforcement bar diameter, spacing, lap length, development length, cover, and bar bending schedules.
• Conduct quality checks on cement, aggregates, steel, concrete, and other construction materials.
• Coordinate concrete sampling, slump tests, cube tests, and other site quality tests.
• Maintain daily progress reports, site measurements, inspection reports, and material records.
• Coordinate with contractors, supervisors, consultants, and project managers.
• Ensure compliance with site safety procedures and approved method statements.
