Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist in the design, installation and maintenance of electrical and automation systems in stainless steel manufacturing.
• Support troubleshooting of electrical and instrumentation issues to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with senior engineers to develop preventive maintenance schedules for electrical equipment and control systems.
• Conduct routine inspections and testing of electrical components for safety and quality compliance.
• Maintain documentation of system configurations, maintenance activities and reports.
• Assist in commissioning and start-up of new electrical and automation equipment under supervision.
• Analyze system performance data to identify optimization and energy-efficiency opportunities.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirements in all activities.
• Support procurement by preparing technical specs and evaluating vendor proposals.
• Engage in learning and development to stay updated with emerging technologies.
