About the Role

We are looking for a passionate, analytical, and eager-to-learn Digital Marketing & SEO Fresher to join our growing marketing team. In this role, you will work closely with senior marketers to execute day-to-day search engine optimization (SEO) and digital campaigns. This position is ideal for recent graduates looking to build a concrete career in performance-driven digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities

Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

• Conduct basic keyword research and competitor analysis using tools like Google Keyword Planner, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.
• Assist with on-page optimization, including title tags, meta descriptions, header tags, and image alt text.
• Support off-page SEO activities, including ethical link building and directory submissions.
• Perform periodic SEO audits to identify broken links, crawl errors, and site speed bottlenecks.
• Coordinate with content writers to ensure blogs and web copy are optimized for target keywords.
  

Content & Social Media Support

• Help draft engaging, SEO-friendly content for blog posts, website updates, and social media captions.
• Assist in managing local SEO through Google Business Profile optimization and review monitoring.

Analytics & Reporting

• Track and report website traffic, rankings, and key metrics using Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports under the guidance of the SEO Lead.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelors degree in any stream (Marketing, Mass Communication, Computer Science, or Commerce preferred).
• Certification: Certification or diploma in Digital Marketing / SEO from a recognized institute is a strong plus.
• Technical Skills:
• Basic understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
• Familiarity with Content Management Systems (CMS) like WordPress.
• Working knowledge of tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and basic SEO tools.
