Job summary

Robu.in is seeking a Jr. Data Operations Executive to manage large data volumes with precision. You will build dashboards in Power BI or Tableau, perform data cleaning, and generate actionable insights to guide business decisions.

The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment. Graduate candidates with hands-on Excel and BI experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any relevant discipline with data orientation.
• Hands-on experience in Advanced Excel, Power BI/Tableau, data handling, dashboard creation, and generating actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Handle, clean, validate, and organize data from multiple sources.
• Work on Advanced Excel for data processing, reporting, analysis, and automation.
• Create and maintain interactive dashboards using Power BI or Tableau.
• Analyze data to support business decisions and generate insights.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and management reports.
• Identify data discrepancies, trends, and opportunities through detailed analysis.
• Consolidate and manage data from multiple sources/files.
• Maintain data accuracy, confidentiality, and consistency.
• Develop multiple dashboards and customize reports per requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams to understand reporting needs.
• Handle multiple tasks and reports while meeting deadlines.

Job description

We are looking for a Jr. Data Operations Executive who is analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of handling large volumes of data efficiently. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Advanced Excel, Power BI/Tableau, data handling, dashboard creation, and data analysis.

Number Of Positions: 01 Only.

Experience: 0 - 2 Year of Experience in Data Operations, MIS, Data Management, Data Analysis, or Reporting Data Operations, MIS, Data Management, Data Analysis, or Reporting, with hands-on experience in Advanced Excel, Power BI/Tableau, data handling, dashboard creation, and generating actionable insights from data.

Educational Qualification: Graduate in any relevant discipline.

Candidates with hands-on experience in Excel + Power BI/Tableau will be preferred.

Required Skills

• Advanced Excel: Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, IF formulas, SUMIFS/COUNTIFS, conditional formatting, data validation, charts, etc.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI and/or Tableau.
• Good understanding of data handling, data cleaning, and data analysis.
• Experience in creating multiple dashboards and MIS reports.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities.
• Quick learner with a positive and adaptable attitude.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
