Role Overview

As a Junior Data Analyst at NVS Travel Solutions, you will be responsible for supporting daily analytics requirements, generating reports, and transforming data into actionable insights. You will work closely with the operations team to understand business needs, track key performance metrics, analyse trends, and present findings in a clear and structured format.

Key Responsibilities (KRAs)

1. Analyse Business Data

• Understand core business KPIs and operational metrics.

• Track, filter, and interpret large datasets to identify patterns and gaps.

2. Prepare Effective Reports

• Generate accurate, timely daily/weekly/monthly reports.

• Use Excel formulas, pivot tables, lookup functions, and advanced sheet tools.

• Present insights in visually understandable formats such as charts and dashboards.

3. Support Decision-Making

• Provide meaningful intelligence that helps improve fleet efficiency, route planning, and service delivery.

• Highlight key trends and anomalies that require managerial attention.

4. Professional Communication

• Draft clear and professional email reports.

• Collaborate efficiently with internal teams and management.

5. Maintain Discipline & Work Ethic
