Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Design digital assets for social media and display networks across Meta and LinkedIn.
• Support ad creatives optimized for CTR and user engagement.
• Help build interactive/rich media ads on the Bonzai platform.
• Learn HTML5 animated banners and contribute to campaign-ready assets.
• Collaborate with senior designers, marketers and content creators to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain brand guidelines and visual consistency across all creatives.
• Stay updated on design trends and web tools.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and creative Junior Creative Designer (0-1 year of experience) to join our creative team. The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for visual design, a basic understanding of online ad campaigns, and a strong eagerness to learn platforms/technologies like Bonzai, Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and HTML.

Key Responsibilities

• Design Digital Assets: Assist in creating visual content for digital campaigns across social media platforms (Meta, LinkedIn) and display networks.
• Ad Creatives Support: Support the team in building engaging ad creatives optimized for click-through rates and user engagement.
• Rich Media: Learn and assist in building interactive/rich media ads on the Bonzai platform.
• HTML5 Ads: Learn and build HTML5 animated banners.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with senior designers, performance marketers, and content creators to deliver campaign-ready assets on time.
• Brand Consistency: Maintain brand guidelines, typography standards, and visual consistency across all digital creatives.
• Industry Learning: Stay curious and updated on emerging digital design trends, social ad formats, and web tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: 0 to 1 year of experience in a digital marketing agency, internship, or freelancing environment. Freshers with a strong portfolio are welcome to apply!
• Education: Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Web Design, or a related field.
• Portfolio: A portfolio or sample work demonstrating foundational design skills, layout sense, typography, and visual storytelling.
• Tool Proficiency: Hands-on knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Canva. Willingness/basic familiarity to learn interactive tools like Bonzai.
• Work Ethic: Strong attention to detail, adaptability, ownership, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Good to Have (Bonus Skills)

• Basic familiarity with motion graphics or video editing (e.g., Adobe After Effects or
• Basic awareness of digital ad platforms (Google Display Network, Meta Ads) and

performance metrics (CTR, CPC).
