Join GeoLink Technology Private Limited (GLTS) as a Junior Creative Designer to conceptualize, design, and produce visually compelling content across multiple digital platforms, strengthening our brand’s visual identity and driving meaningful audience interaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Visual Content Creation
  • Design high-quality assets for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube (static posts, infographics, banners, stories, carousel designs) aligned with brand goals.
  • Image Editing & Enhancement – retouch, color correct, crop, visually manipulate while ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
  • Video Production & Editing – produce short-form videos (promotional clips, explainer videos, testimonials, behind-the-scenes content). Film video content when applicable.
  • Reels & Short-Form Content – develop platform-optimized reels and short videos with music, motion graphics, text overlays, dynamic transitions.
  • Animation & Motion Graphics – create 2D animations, motion graphics, animated posts, GIFs, logo animations for digital platforms, enhancing storytelling, brand awareness, campaign performance.
• Creative Development
  • Collaborate with marketing team to brainstorm ideas, develop creative concepts, storyboard align with campaign objectives and brand messaging.
  • Translate marketing strategies into visually engaging compelling content.
• Brand & Trend Alignment
  • Maintain consistent visual identity across all platforms adhering to established brand guidelines.
  • Stay updated on current social media trends, design styles, video formats, platform best practices ensuring fresh relevant content.
• Asset Management
  • Organize, manage, maintain structured library of visual assets with version control and easy accessibility.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ years professional experience as Video Editor, Graphic Designer, or related role with strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva (graphic design); Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects (video editing & animation).
• Proven experience creating engaging high-performing short-form video content.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, content specifications, trends, best practices.
• Excellent eye for design, composition, color theory, typography.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
• Strong communication skills, ability to present and explain creative concepts.
• High level of creativity, attention to detail, passion for visual storytelling.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

• Motion graphics & animation experience.
• Basic photography & videography skills, operating DSLR or mirrorless cameras.
• Working knowledge of UI/UX principles, using Figma.

Experience & Location

Minimum 1 year experience. Location: Coimbatore (Onsite).
