Job summary

A leading provider of assurance and inspection services is seeking a dedicated individual to manage inspections and ensure quality compliance. The ideal candidate will plan inspections for Quality Engineers on a daily basis, coordinate with technical supervisors to allocate resources effectively, and review inspection reports daily. Strong communication skills and attention to detail are critical in this role, as all observations must be documented and reported accurately. The position is based in Tiruppur, Tamil Nadu, providing an excellent opportunity for growth in a dynamic company.

Responsibilities

• Plan and allocate inspections to Quality Engineers (QEs).
• Ensure QEs attend inspections consistently.
• Discuss allocation of QEs with Technical Supervisor.
• Weekly planning to be made and execution is carried out without interruption. In case of any changes, need to identify in advance and make the changes accordingly.
• Inspection reports to be made and reviewed with HOD on daily basis. All reports should be made and transmitted to customer within 24 hours.
• Should visit all manufacturing units once in a week to have good understanding of work flow and coordination.
• Reporting formats like PPM meeting, In-line (Multiple), factory audits, pre-final, Final inspection, carton audit and container loading supervision should be maintained in the prescribed formats.
• All reports should be made without spelling / grammatical errors, must attach digital photo images and submitted for HOD’s review.
• Should follow the sequence of inspection reports for all the factories and highlight on corrective and preventive actions taken on the issues.
• Any deviations, should be brought to the HOD’s knowledge and a clear decision is made to inform the customer.
