Job summary

Arcesium in Bengaluru is seeking a self-motivated product consultant to join our Client Service team. You will act as the primary contact for assigned clients, resolving product and application queries within SLAs and coordinating with product and release managers for onboarding.

A Bachelor’s degree with 0–2 years in financial services and exposure to treasury/swaps is advantageous. Excellent verbal and written communication, multitasking, and teamwork are essential to deliver high-quality work

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 0–2 years of relevant experience in financial services.
• Experience supporting middle/back office workflows or hedge fund/asset manager clients is preferred.
• Exposure to Treasury/Swaps lifecycle is advantageous.
• Strong domain knowledge and industry awareness.
• Python and other languages are a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and deliver high-quality work under deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Act as a primary point of contact for assigned clients and resolve product-related queries within SLAs.
• Manage client mandates from a product consulting perspective and ensure queries are addressed.
• Provide detailed explanations to clients to resolve operational queries on the platform.
• Coordinate with Product and Release managers for onboarding new clients and funds.
• Train clients on using the Arcesium platform and maintain up-to-date training materials.
• Escalate issues to internal teams as necessary and work with TRMs for RCAs.
• Maintain detailed records of queries for future reference and trend analysis.
• Support internal tech teams in operational activities and faster issue resolution.

Working hours: 8 PM to 5 AM IST (Permanent night shift)

We are looking for a candidate who should be self-motivated and critical thinker with strong communication skills to join our Product Consulting Group. The team is the first point of contact for our clients, provides day to day support for the platform and workflow related issues. The team is also involved in handling/resolving any operational issues faced by clients while using our world-class suite of middle/back office applications and follow with internal teams as per defined SLAs.

What you’ll do:

• Act as Point of Contact for assigned clients to handle various product and application related queries from clients and provide a timely resolution as per defined SLAs
• Manage the client mandate from product consulting perspective and ensure all their queries are addressed as expected.
• Effective resolution of Operational queries raised by clients by using the platform by providing detailed explanation to the clients.
• Coordinate with Product and Release managers to prepare for new client and new fund onboarding.
• Train clients on how to use the Arcesium platform effectively. Ensure to keep the training documents up to date, to be referred by client.
• Escalate issues (if any) to internal teams/senior management, as necessary
• Understand the criticality of issues raised by client and work closely with TRMs to provide RCAs as needed
• Maintain detailed account of queries raised, should there be similar requests in the future
• Support internal tech teams in operational activities and quicker resolution of open issues.

What you’ll need:

• A minimum Bachelor’s degree with 0 to 2 years of relevant experience preferably in financial services supporting Middle and back office trade life cycle and/or interacting with Hedge Fund managers and other asset managers.
• A good exposure in Treasury and/or Swaps trade lifecycle would be an added advantage.
• Proficient in Industry and domain knowledge.
• Technical skillsets including knowledge of python and other languages would be advantageous.
• An outstanding academic background with a passion to work in dynamic environment
