Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, IT, engineering or related field.
• 2+ years in junior business consultancy, preferably ERP projects.
• Experience in client requirement gathering and stakeholder management.
• Hands-on ERP exposure (SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics, Infor or Odoo).
• Experience in BPM and process improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed client discussions, workshops, and discovery sessions to gather and document business requirements.
• Elicit functional and non-functional requirements and convert them into BRDs, functional specs, and user stories.
• Analyze existing business processes and recommend ERP-aligned improvements.
• Create process maps, workflows, use cases, and BPM models.
• Collaborate with clients, PMs, development, QA, and solution architects throughout the project lifecycle.
• Facilitate requirement clarification sessions and align expectations across stakeholders.
• Support ERP implementation, enhancement, and transformation initiatives.
• Identify opportunities for additional services and cross-selling.
• Assist in solution demonstrations, proposal discussions, and client presentations.

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and client-focused Junior Business Consultant with strong experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis, and ERP solutions. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear understanding of business needs and translating them into functional requirements.

In addition to consultant responsibilities, the candidate should possess a commercial mindset with the ability to identify opportunities for cross-selling and up‑selling services that deliver additional value to clients. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and industry exposure are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed client discussions, workshops, and discovery sessions to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Elicit functional and non-functional requirements and convert them into clear business requirement documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and user stories.
• Analyze existing business processes and recommend process improvements aligned with ERP best practices.
• Create process maps, workflows, use cases, and business process models.
• Collaborate closely with clients, project managers, development teams, QA teams, and solution architects throughout the project lifecycle.
• Facilitate requirement clarification sessions and ensure complete understanding of client expectations.
• Support ERP implementation, enhancement, and transformation initiatives across various business functions.
• Identify opportunities for additional services, enhancements, and solutions that can add business value to clients.
• Contribute to cross‑selling and up‑selling efforts through consultative client engagement.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate project requirements effectively across all levels.
• Assist in solution demonstrations, proposal discussions, and client presentations when required.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience as a Junior Business Consultant, preferably within ERP implementation or digital transformation projects.
• Proven experience in client requirement gathering and stakeholder management.
• Hands‑on experience working with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Infor, Odoo, or similar ERP solutions.
• Experience in business process modeling and process improvement initiatives.
• Strong industrial/manufacturing domain exposure is highly preferred.
• Experience working with cross‑functional and geographically distributed teams.
