You will assist before CIT(A), ITAT; conduct legal research; organize case files and ensure timely submissions. The position requires interacting with clients and coordinating case management in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• 1-2 years of experience indirect tax litigation in a law firm or tax advisory firm.
• Comprehensive understanding of the Income Tax Act, 1961, and allied Acts.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple matters and attention to detail.

• Conduct in-depth legal research and stay updated on evolving developments in direct tax law and relevant judicial precedents.
• Organize case documentation, maintain case files, and ensure timely filing of case-related submissions and responses
