A leading law firm is seeking lawyers with 0 – 2 years of post-qualification experience for a position in its Regulatory Disputes team, focusing on energy and infrastructure-related disputes. This is an excellent opportunity for a junior lawyer to work on complex and high-stakes matters involving regulatory challenges and disputes in the energy sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assisting in advising and representing clients in disputes arising in the energy and infrastructure sectors.
  • Handling regulatory matters, including proceedings before regulatory authorities and appellate bodies.
  • Drafting pleadings, opinions, and other legal documents related to regulatory litigation.
  • Conducting legal research and analysis to support case strategy and client advice.
  • Collaborating with senior associates and partners to develop case strategies and legal arguments.
  • Liaising with clients, counsel, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth handling of matters.
Requirements:
  • Qualified to practice law in India.
