Job summary

Vaish Associates Advocates in New Delhi is seeking an associate with 1–2 years PQE to support senior lawyers on corporate restructuring transactions and advisory matters.

You will contribute to drafting, legal execution, and managing multiple mandates with strict timelines, while gaining exposure to schemes of arrangement, mergers, demergers, stamp duty advisory, and succession planning before the NCLT.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years PQE in corporate law.
• Hands-on experience in corporate restructuring and general corporate advisory.
• Experience with schemes of arrangement, mergers and demergers before the NCLT.
• Exposure to fast-track mergers, stamp duty advisory, and succession planning.
