R K SWAMY Limited in Mumbai is seeking a Junior Art Designer to join our advertising team. The role focuses on translating brand requirements into compelling assets for print and digital platforms.

You will support the Creative Director and Senior Designers, create layouts, adapt campaigns across formats, and ensure designs align with brand guidelines and timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in an advertising/creative environment
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

Responsabilités

• Assist the Creative Director and Senior Designers in developing concepts and designs.
• Create artwork for print ads, brochures, leaflets, posters, packaging, POS materials, and digital media
• Adapt campaigns into multiple formats and sizes per media requirements
• Ensure designs align with brand guidelines and communication objectives
• Coordinate with copywriters, client servicing teams, and production vendors to execute projects
• Prepare final artwork files for print and digital production
• Make revisions based on feedback within timelines
• Stay updated on design trends and best practices

Formation

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Creative Director and Senior Designers in developing creative concepts and campaign designs.
• Create artwork for print advertisements, brochures, leaflets, posters, packaging, point-of-sale materials, and digital media
• Adapt existing campaign creatives into multiple formats and sizes as per media requirements
• Ensure all designs are aligned with brand guidelines and communication objectives
• Coordinate with copywriters, client servicing teams, and production vendors to execute creative projects
• Prepare final artwork files for print and digital production
• Make revisions based on internal and client feedback within specified timelines
• Stay updated on design trends, tools, and industry best practices

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Applied Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in an advertising agency, design studio, or creative environment
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Experience in FMCG or consumer brand advertising will be an added advantage.
