Job summary

Databuzz in Hyderabad seeks a Junior Architect to join our architectural team. The role focuses on preparing drawings, 2D layouts and 3D models while coordinating with structural, MEP and other consultants to ensure accurate execution of residential projects.

The candidate should have extensive experience in architecture, especially in residential apartments or villas, and be capable of coordinating between office design teams and site execution teams with strong time management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 23 years of relevant architectural experience.
• Experience in residential apartments, villas or real estate projects preferred.
• Comfortable coordinating between office design teams and site execution teams.
• Detail-oriented with good time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare architectural plans, elevations, sections and detailed working drawings.
• Develop 2D layouts, 3D models and design presentations.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP and other consultants.
• Review architectural drawings and ensure accuracy before execution.
• Conduct site visits to monitor design implementation and resolve site-related issues.
• Assist in material selection, finishes and design detailing.
• Coordinate with site engineers, contractors and vendors.
• Prepare and update drawings based on project requirements and site conditions.
• Support senior architects in design development and project planning.
• Ensure timely completion of drawings and assigned design deliverables.

Qualification: B.Arch (Bachelor of Architecture)

Preferred: Immediate joiners with construction industry experience

Roles & Responsibilities

• Basic understanding of building regulations and approval drawings.
• Strong coordination, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to independently handle assigned design tasks.
