Job summary

Revivo Interiors invites a Junior Architect to join our Kerala team. You will assist in designing and executing interior concepts for residential and commercial spaces, coordinating with design, project management and site teams to ensure quality outcomes.

Ideal candidates hold a B.Arch or equivalent, have 0–2 years of experience, and are proficient in AutoCAD. Knowledge of SketchUp or 3D modelling is a plus; willingness to travel to sites is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or equivalent qualification.
• 0–2 years of experience in architecture or interior design.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development of architectural and interior design concepts.
• Prepare detailed 2D drawings, plans, elevations, sections, and working drawings.
• Assist with furniture layouts, space planning, and material selections.
• Prepare and modify drawings based on client and project requirements.
• Coordinate with senior architects, interior designers, project managers, and site teams.
• Conduct site visits and take accurate site measurements.
• Assist in ensuring that design intent is properly translated into site execution.
• Review drawings and coordinate with contractors and vendors when required.
• Assist with material specifications, BOQs, and project documentation.
• Participate in client meetings and design discussions.
• Support the team in resolving design and execution-related issues.
• Ensure accuracy, quality, and attention to detail across all project deliverables.
