Role Description

The Junior Architect will support senior team members in designing and detailing architectural and interior projects, primarily for clients in and around Chinchwad. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing drawings and 3D models, assisting with design concepts, coordinating with consultants, and helping develop construction documents and presentations. The role also involves site visits, measurement and documentation, and collaborating with contractors to ensure design intent is followed. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chinchwad, requiring regular interaction with the design team and participation in client meetings as needed.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong foundational skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, including concept development, space planning, and technical detailing.
• Candidates should possess relevant Software Development and Integration skills where applicable to design workflows, such as working with digital tools and coordinating different software outputs.
• Candidates should possess Project Management capabilities, including basic scheduling, task coordination, and documentation to support project delivery.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar), along with presentation tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent, is beneficial.
• A professional degree in Architecture or an equivalent qualification from a recognized institution is preferred.
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment are essential.
• Willingness to visit project sites, learn from senior architects, and adapt to evolving project requirements is expected.
